1. Processing time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping destinations

The Kiki Lab currently ships to European countries.

Available shipping options will be shown at checkout depending on the delivery address.

3. Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on destination, shipping method, and order size.

All shipping fees are displayed before completing the purchase.

4. Estimated delivery times

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • Lithuania: 1–3 business days
  • Latvia & Estonia: 2–4 business days
  • Other EU countries: 3–10 business days
  • Non-EU European countries (e.g. UK, Norway, Switzerland): 5–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

5. Order tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to become active.

6. Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees depending on the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product or shipping prices, unless stated otherwise.

7. Incorrect shipping information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping costs may apply to resend the order.

8. Lost, stolen or damaged packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package and items.

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen. However, we will assist you in resolving the issue with the shipping provider.
